To provide the best experience for all of my clients, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to forfeit part or all of their appointment but will still be responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled services.
